Chris Ainsworth is a holistic practitioner with certifications in multiple alternative healing modalities. Guided by a lifelong curiosity about the nature of reality and a passion for helping others heal, she has devoted her work to the study of Quantum Spirituality, Astrology, Reiki, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis.
Chris has studied astrology since 2003 and completed Debra Silverman's Applied Astrology program in 2020. She uses astrology as a practical tool for self-awareness, helping clients understand their natal charts, elemental influences, archetypes, and life patterns with greater clarity and compassion.

Chris has practiced Reiki since 2010 and has been teaching since 2012. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Metaphysical Science from the University of Sedona and is currently completing her Master's Degree in Spiritual Counseling.
